Amazon Owns the Order
Open the order in your Amazon history and whoever reads it can already see the receipt, the tracking number and the seller. That one screen settles nearly everything a buyer needs. Sending the same question to any other address only strips out the evidence. What belongs there:
- Tracking, delivery dates and a late shipment
- Refunds, replacements and return labels
- Charges, billing and payment methods
- A truck or transmitter that arrived damaged
- A battery or accessory missing from the box
- A dispute with the seller
A warranty claim travels the same way. On a truck that turned up faulty, a replacement normally lands sooner than any repair would.

Two questions dominate the mail. Which battery fits, and why has reverse stopped working? Reverse almost always returns after recalibrating the throttle range, which the speed controller forgets whenever the radio or the controller itself gets swapped.
Before ordering spares, check the label on the speed controller. 80A and 120A Cheetahs both circulate, and the model number on the box does not tell you which one you have.
